Forged File And Stripped Maple

This Knife is Forged from a old file and has remaining filling on ricasso and along the spine approximately half of the length of the blade. The handle scaled are striped maple with brass pins. The blade has a differential temper and satin finish. The blade is 4 3/8" by 1 1/4" and handle is 4 1/2" long for an over all length of 8 7/8". The price for this knife is SOLD, shipping and any Pay Pal fees covered. Pay Pal or Money order preferred, first I'll take it gets it. Thanks for taking a look all

Grind lines are even, clean and crisp..... very nice also.

Hi Bill
After finish sanding, The handle is stained first with a couple coats of dark brown Fiebing's Leather Dye. Then a couple coats of Fiebings Orange Leather Dye then a lite sanding with 0000 steel wool. Then I coated the handle with several coats of Warco Danish Oil till the wood stops soaking up the oil. Hope this is helpful.
