Forged Hammer poll Camp tomahawk/axe **1060 steel**-SPF

Here is a forged hammer poll hawk made from a bar of 1060 high carbon steel..It is a nice hawk, I dont normally "talk up" anything I sell but this one seems to have hit the sweet spot on size/handling..The cutting edge is 3" wide and the head is 5 3/4" long overall..The cutting bit and poll are both heat treated..It has a forge finish..The haft is straight grain Ash..Stained, oiled with boiled linseed oil and finished with wax..Sorry no edge cover..
