Forged In Fire on History, looks like it may actually be really good!

Looking forward to this show! Most of these shows I'd worry about artificial drama and conflict and no real focus on quality bladesmithing... but I know quite a few people who I've seen in the trailers who I greatly respect as both blacksmiths and bladesmiths, so I've got huge hopes! Looks like we may actually be able to see a lot of knife making and forging and finishing, and hopefully people can learn from it too.

The skill level and commitment to the craft from the people I recognize definitely has the potential for an awesome show. In real life I am sure it would be amazing entertainment. My concern is the typical editing styles of these shows to focus more on time running out, extraneous bs, and or other drama that supposedly increases "interest". We will see, but I will watch!
