This large hunter is forged from 5160. Blade is hand finished to 800g, with some forge marks left high on the spine. Flat grind with long distal taper, slightly tapered tang. This maple is quarter sawn and has "stuff" going on all the way through it. The lighter sun ray streaks just pop out in the sun. The three pins are copper and the handle has been contoured to fit the hand. This is a heavier blade to handle tough chores. Comes with custom leather sheath.
