Medium hunter forged from 5160, edge quenched, 600g satin hand rubbed finish. The handle is a nice piece of axis stag with poured pewter collar. Little extra, the end is poured pewter with a copper coil. As sometimes happens, there are some small occlusions in the pewter that are minor cosmetic flaws. Comes with a custom leather sheath in right hand carry.

real beautiful knife. how do you pour that pewter? I have a couple of knives with stag/tine handles that have that pourous ugly center still in place I'd like to dremel out and replace with something nice. (they'll never be on this level, but they're good cutters).

It pains me to see such a great looker, not being purchased. Being a knifemaker myself, rarely do I ever feel the need to buy someone else's knife, but I tell you what buddy.....

If no one picks this up by the end of the day, it's mine. You guys got 16 hours to react, or I'm going to complete some justice here. I love bone handled knives, the sheath alone looks like it's 80 bucks, great job sir.

Mr. R. Lowe, if no one grabs this by the end of the day (Friday 4/22/11), I'll come back here & grab it.
Other forum members should have a shot @ this great deal first, fyi...public.

Extra nice one Rick. Some day when we meet up at the Craft School forge you are going to have to show me how to pour pewter!
