Here are some forged blacksmith paring knives, very simple and utility focused. This knife has a very sharp and thin blade. Made from 1080 high carbon steel it has a 5” blade and 3.5” handle that rests well in the palm of the hand. The price is $50 PayPal G&S, that includes shipping.
