Hi Folks!

Something a little different form me... my first Seax and first forged blade that is available.

Forged out of 26C3 carbon steel with a Hamon. Solid Nickel Silver bolster with a hammered texture and a stabilized Spalted Beech handle. Nickel Silver main pin that has been peened, domed and given a satin finish. Fitted leather sheath.

I enjoyed making this traditional piece and it feels so good in the hand - razor sharp too! With the traditional design, the forged texture, hammered bolster and the blade-heavy heft, it really evokes feelings of times gone by.
