I took this to a show last week-end and the most common comment was "what would you use that for?" The northern people use them for everything; cutting up fish, fleshing hides, stripping sinew, etc. I would suggest skinning a deer, cutting veggies, slicing pizza, etc. It is razor sharp and is forged thin enough to be a very good slicing tool. Just be careful though, it is all blade and a little different to work with than a standard knife.

Forged from 1/4 inch 1095
Convex grind
Moose antler handle
Hand sanded finish with forge marks
Cutting edge: approx. 7 1/2 inches
Riveted leather edge protector

$120 delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account is gldrewknives@yahoo.com I also accept USPS money orders and checks with time to clear.

that's a great looking ulu Gerry... i have been wanting to pick one up for a long time...

By the way, the big scratch in the blade in the middle picture has been sanded out. Knives take a beating at a show.

Nice ulu Gerry. Very much like the ulu they found on a lake bed up here. It was made of hammered copper though.
