For about every three orders I make a knife that I want to. It keeps this from being too much like a job and more like the fun it is supposed to be. This is one of those.

It is Don Hanson's W2, clay coated for a nice hamon. The flats are left as forged (cause I like how it looks!). The spine is fileworked with my random vine pattern.

The handle is some really nice stabilized buckeye burl. I need to get some more of this stuff. It is held together with three normal pins and one mosaic (plus epoxy).

The sheath is 8-9oz leather, hand tooled with a scrollwork design.

Dimensions
Blade - 4 3/4" tip to handle
OAL - 9 3/8"

Price - $280 shipped to US. I prefer paypal to matt(at)baileyknives.com, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

Thanks
(happy Easter to you also Black Mamba)

Paypal sent. Matt, if the projects you make for yourself come out this nice, you should maybe go to a 1:1 ratio!

Can't wait to see this work of art in person.

Always a fan,

Kent

Sending you an Email, Matt. That is one beautiful knife, and the forged flats are one of the neatest things about it!

Matt, that is a beautiful combination of steel and wood, not to mention a ergonomically beautifully flowing piece. Really, Really, Really love this one!!!!:thumbup::thumbup:
