Forgeing Round Stock?

Hi Guy's,
Generally speaking what does 3/4" Diameter round stock forge out to in the hight of a blade with a 1/4" thick spine?
Is there a rule of thumb for round stock?

Depending on your ability, the blade length, and the equipment used, it can vary a bit. Figure it will forge out to be at least 1.5", more likely 1.75" (with a bit of skill and planning).

It really depends on how you draw it out, both in length and width. I've used 3/4 O1 for forging some non blade pieces from and you can get quite a lot of area coverage from not to large of a piece. I don't know that there's any rule of thumb for forging round stock really.
