forget the 47's and 85's! Lets talk 98!!

I'm excited to see these come out. All these 3.5" and under knives are just too darn small for a work knife, in my opinion (my 47 is the one GEC that I actually *use* the most, when it's time to work).
This one will be a prime candidate for back pocket carry! Bring it on! :) :D

I'll probably be getting the cattle knife but I'll have to find a belt sheath for it... Then I'll have to stop wearing suspenders and start wearing a belt....

You might want to keep the suspenders also!!
:D

I'd love a mash up between the camp and whittler, might just pick up one of each and see if it's possible!! 😋. That snake wood is interesting, wonder how much figure is left after finishing, an amazing wood, nice just seeing that much split up and ready (I'm finishing my first snake wood handled knife at the moment).

Too Much Knife...for my requirements anyway. I like a pocket-knife that you can keep in the pocket. But, it certainly will be well-built and attract followers....

+1
Two years ago I would have said I'm in, but since I found US knives usually smaller than French (most are 11 - 12cm ; 4' 1/3 - 4' 3/4) and appreciate now 3' 1/2 - 3' 7/8 sized ones. My first Case was a 4' 1/8 trapper, but now I much prefer the 3' 7/8 you gave me (and the wharncliff). I will probably try the tiny 2' 3/8.
Of course, I' ll keep an eye on them nevetheless, and "never say never!" :)

Starting to see some production pics on GEC's site! Looking pretty cool, I'm excited to see some finished Tidioutes!

Could be spotted python:)
But there will be no forgetting the snakewood 47 from me.

The new SFO whittlers in snakewood look very cool. Love the federal shield!

Maybe if they have some extra snakewood, they'll make a 47 for you!

Snake wood large whittler?!? I forgot about that!! Okay then, somebody needs to tell me who this SFO is for.... I think my mind was just made up for me!

I don't think I'm allowed to say who the SFO is for, but it's on GECs webpage. Looks very nice, great woodgrain.

Imagine this frame as a Northwoods with single "Bohncliffe" blade. Stag handles.
