You're free to buy anything you want, but it’s seller’s discretion where they ship to. Lots of people are willing to ship to the UK if you pay actual shipping costs.

If you want to sell stuff you need to upgrade to a gold membership.

Yeah, I don't put up with hypocrites and jerks. One forum broke their own rules to ban me because they could not win the argument.
