This one is my favorite. Definitely BFC with arrow though. Don't actually want the words "bladeforums" on my knife. No offense to anyone here :D

I like the one in capt. carl's post # 21 the best because the arrow has three feather markings on the shaft. And because of the way the roman numerals are positioned. I also like the font

Final cost. Let's call it 94.00, if the knife runs a little less, I will enclose the difference when they are mailed out.

Unless you make other plans with me (use my email rather than P.M.) payments need to be in my hands by May 6th.
(Make sure you use your real name and forum name when you send the box and the payment.)

As I get payments, forum names will turn green on the list above.

Payment can be made by check or money order.

Check (and box) is in the mail. I forgot to make note of my forum name with the package.
Real Name - Thomason. Forum Name - Thomason :D

Gus, I hope I speak for everyone else here, but keep the friggin' change! Also, if you haven't included a knife for our stag donor in the cost, hopefully we can set up a fund to give him/her a knife. Who's with me?

BTW - Cap't Carl's design is awesome

Will get the frog skins in the mail tomorrow.

Bastid, can I bring you a box. . .in like 30 or so days ? :o

I just put my check in the mail ten minutes ago.

Bastid, I'll send a pre-addressed box hopefully by tomorrow. I just wanted to make sure payment went out asap.

Thank you to both you and STeven for doing this huge task.

I'm with you on the knife for the Stag donor.

Ain't no change going to be kept. It is important that this be done for the right reasons every year.

Yup, I figured in a little less than a buck for the knife that is donated.

Right now our stag donor will have nothing to do with it, but I'll work on him. ;).

I am thinking that if he can not accept a knife from us, Eric (2007 Canoe), or Ed T (2008 stockman), would be the choices I would nominate. Both did great jobs getting it all together and mailing out those knives.

So if you want to voice an opinion, email me. The person with the most votes will get the knife. Feel free to post a nomination here for others to consider, but email me with your choice. All I am going to count are the emails.

(Yes I will throw any that might come my way out, so don't waste your vote. ;))

As far as the boxes, if you are going to Blade and can track me down that works great.

I am the clown with the big smile on his face dragging around that small blue case on rollers. ;)

Thanks RWS.

It is a little of a pain, but in all honesty it is worth it. Not a bad thing having knives going out to folks all over. It is kinda satisfying in an odd way being a part of sending a hundred knives or so around the world to people tied together by a forum. :D

Thinking about the stamped bolster, Can it be set up so the date part is interchangable?

Yes it could and the knife would cost us more since there would be two sets of dies that would have to be made adding another 500 to the project and I would immagine a little more.

The decision was made by a majority.

We are past the decision point. Those who committed need to get the payments in.

The check is in the mail - box too.
My forum name is my name - I couldn't remember anything more complicated:o.
