Thanks. That walnut is from a gunsmith friend who had it for 30 years. It really has some nice grain.

That's standard on all my camp knives. Extremely effective for chopping.

I'd never noticed before which is strange 'cos I pay attention to what you're doin', [well, I thought I did].

Never tried one, but I've seen them on competition cutters so I'm not surprised.

It's more recently I've started putting them on and from now on will be a standard feature.

I like the little things about knives that others may feel is irrelevant. On this one, the pin and tube configuration really catches my eye. Very, very nice tool there - beautiful really.
