just my 2 cents, and although I don't know the details of the deal hollowdweller is working from, but you may want to keep it to just 1 design to keep the cost down.

hollowdweller, if you need them, I still have the original Vector files that Darklight did for the patches. I'm not sure if they would help for the T-Shirt art, but customink.com can tell you if they can use that art format.

I had darklight send me the art.

If I do it I plan to do it with just the one design, but I think it will not be too much confusion to mail them out offering two colors.

Yes they have 3x I had some 3x's in the list when I got the estimate
