Here is one I just completed. Guard is nickel silver, Ferrule is sterling and of course Fossil Walrus. I took a photo of the knife in my hand as this is a fat cut of fossil ivory My Damascus steel which is 1080 and 15n20 (Blade is over 3/16 thick at guard with taper to tip). The butt of the knife is left as it came out of the ground. This was collected by Alaska native Indians on there private land. Blade length is 4 inches and overall is 7 1/2 inches.
