Hey guys,

so despite getting some crap stolen last night, and getting my lip busted open from a fist fight I had with a table, I found some neat stuff, and have a decent score on some gear.

First off, a shot of everything.
I found a Siliva A-30 for 15 bucks, two fox 40 micros for 4 bucks, a fiskars folding saw for 15 bucks and finally a vest, I think some of you know I have been looking for something like this for A long time now, and I finally found one for 49.99, and a firestarter thats made here in canada, come with a striker and a hunk of fatwood.

So there we have it guys, I was happy to find all I did, The silvia seems pretty decent, time will tell how well it works though. As of right now though its seems very accurate and doens't jump around.

Thanks for reading guys.

Cool gear. Let the thieves try and take that from you!

I have the same Fiskars saw. Works great. Try a little WD-40 on the blade from time to time. Keeps the sap off.

That is cool Fonly. Those Cdn tire ferro rods actually behave like Mische metal. I really hated mine at first, but then once you get the hang of it they work pretty good. With these one - you have to strike fast and hard and they throw globs rather than sparks. If you work it slow with an edge you can actually curl off pieces like a mangesium bar. It is very easy to cut the silly eagle head handle into something workable.

Where did you pick up the saw and compass from?

Cool. It rides high enough that you have quick and easy access to a hip-mounted firearm. Thieves beware!

Nice kit.

Instead of sacrificing a pair of zip ties to keep the other zip ties bound, try the wire twisties off bread loaves. I just toss them in a drawer when finished with the bread, and then use to hold things together.

Plus, can easily adjust to bundle variances, where the zips are tougher to adjust.

YMMV

Canadian tire aswell, they had a sale on which was odd, but nice non the less.

I've seen a few kits with zip ties. What do you use them for?

Any thing thats up to 3" thick that I could use rope for.

I like to have a quick way to tie what ever up, I've fixed windshield wipers with them, fixed a bed once. Tuns of stuff to do with them.

And M GUY, that is a great Idea, thanks.
