Well the deal didn't go through, I've asked several times "no restrictions?" and was told "no restrictions" I showed up to sign the papers with the check for the land and found out a neighbor has a esmant right through the middle of the property, I would have let it go if it had been around the outer edge, but through the middle is a no-go.
I've given them till Monday to see if they can get the neighbor to give up the esmant as he is not land locked, but I dought he will, he has two year old pines planted will not want to go through the creek or over gaint hills.
I can't begin to describe just how pissed I am right now. They must think I'm to stupid to read the deed or ask the right questions of the lawyer.
Sorry about that, looks like the party will have to wait.
