The local market is quite small compared to the USA, so you have to grab what you can find, specially if it's older models.

Last week the wife and I took a day off and ended up shopping that afternoon. So what did I get.... a Karambit and a Kiwi, brand new from a local dealer. And the Karambit feels really good in the hand, not what I expected. Still not ready to spin it around and change grip positions, but I'm really happy with the purchase

Hey Andre, howzit from the UK bru!

Can sometimes pick up some older models here too to fill the 'collection'.
BUT I STILL CANNOT FIND A FULL SIZE MANIX AND THE NEW MANIX LOOKS @#$%^&*.
(With apologies to those who like the new Manix.)

Lazydog, I take it you lived in good ol' RSA once upon a time?

Which cool models did you find for sale in the UK? I have read on the forums that UK knife laws are pretty strict so you don't find such a great variety, with a focus on the newer non-locking blades. Any truth to that?

I lucked into another NIB Large Persian at a great price yesterday!
So, I'm pretty high on good luck , too!:D

Jill, you sure have some good luck too! I got a large versian when they first came out, now they're as scarce as hen's teeth.

Last weekend I got a Pink Native, but that cost a pretty packet.

Good luck with your Spyder hunting :)
