That picture shows a sheath like mine, not like the one that came with Garza's knife. Notice the 'woven' design on the leather.

As noted the image is a picture, for reference as to proximity of possible age, the picture also shows the 15OT with the same tooled leather. Not that long after Schrade moved to the ever popular oblong shaped sheath. In the catalogue for 1964 they show the 15OT with the smooth leather sheath. So possibly the smooth leather sheath was used prior to 1965 and the tooled leather gaucho type sheath thereafter until inception of the regular oblong Schrade sheath.
