Four blems for 1/15 -- Pix and Bargain

Nice CAK! I was swimming too far away to feed. :-(

(sent from smartphone)

old man(bawanna) you better hope your other half never finds out how much you REALLY spent over the years on all these great blades

Thanks, me too! Very excited - this is my first real knife / khuk / HI.

Really appreciate your generosity yesterday, look forward to seeing your fixed up handle in a few days.

yeah I will def post it now , will be more than a week, I usually have auntie hold my orders so I can have a pile of knives sent instead of just one, I have pretty much spent the rest of my mateba sale funds on antiques and auntie, I will post my antiques coming this week in blues thread in cantina , have a naga dao and a nepalese kora and another dha all on the way, huzzaaaaahh-- but sadly thats the last of my ill gotten mateba gains, thus I will have to slow down much to my chagrin ;(--( as I have to hold the rest for when raj is ready for the ridiculous huge kachin HI dha)

OK Nshark no.9857676843@!! here checkin in. What? ALL gone??? Everybody got what they want! Its a good day! Grats Bawananna! Beautimus CAK. Chirruwa 21' Siru! Just Magical. And Mcat got a WWII and only had to wait a day for it:thumbup:. Definitely good day. What did I get? Nuthin! I said hi to the new Kamis and had to split.

Don't want to mess this up - what is the protocol after an email is sent? Straight to payment and address information, or wait for a reply?

Auntie will respond and let you know if you were the first taker or not. She should also let you know that it will be x amount for shipping and usually will advise that she will ship that day if you send payment and it isn't too late in the day.

I always wait for the shipping cost. I also try to add a few bucks when ever I can, round up so to speak. My CAK today was 91 bucks with shipping so I sent 95. Didn't have it but the plastic doesn't know that so it don't really matter.

Yup, not as big as yours as I recall but just what I been kind of hankering for. A little shorter but get r dun kind of blade. I think it's gonna be just right.

I just realized this will be my first Lok also, so that's like 4 good reasons.
I don't have a Chiruwa
I don't have a Lok
I think it'll fit in my Kami Medical Sheath, if not I still got Pugs
I want it badly
Auntie said I really should have it.
Well more than 4 I guess I could go on.

Color me toothless smiling from non functioning ear to barely functioning ear. It's a great day.

Another good reason that your wife might appreciate:
It was marked down $100 less than the regular price.
(Over 50% off.)
Score!

That doesn't work too well anymore but it is indeed a very good reason.

I think shes just jealous that I'm scoring more knives than she is jewelry even though all were dod's and many were gifts.

She's still in a they are all the same mode too. More education needed and more so yet another trip down to visit Auntie in Reno. I could do no wrong for days after that visit, she thought the world of auntie.

I just now this minute added another triangle Auntie box to my collection. It's a nice box, perfect condition.

Also inside the perfect box was the CAK (by Lok, my first). It's nothing less than an absolute BEAST. Just under 17" and a very strong 1/2" at the spine.

I don't think this baby is gonna fit in my Pugs KLVUK sheath or a kami medical sheath. Length is good but she's thick.

It's a happy day. Maybe a might heavy for an all day chopping session but I'll give em heck for an hour or so and plan to first chance I get.

Thank you Auntie for another incredible blade. My co workers are talking intervention for me. I think my wife works Sunday, I'll try to slip it into the house then. Fingers crossed.
