I have 2x BNIB FourSevens Quark Tacticals. These are new old stock, using the excellent (and now discontinued) UI.
Tactical models feature 2x programable modes. You program mode 1 which is when the head is fully tightened, then mode 2 for when the head is loosened 1/4 turn. Ie you can have head tight = 780lm, head loose = 55lm, etc. This makes for an ideal tactical / utility format then other multi mode lights, as you can instantly access the exact mode you need under stress. Flashlights use 2xCR123 or 1x 16650 rechargeable battery.
