Hello BF. I just finished up my fourth knife and would love to get some critiques on it. Thanks for looking.

Here are the details:
Full Flat Grind - O1 steel (3/16" thickness)
OAL - 8 1/4"
Blade length - 4 1/4"
Handle length - 4"
Handle material - Walnut
Handle pin material - 1/4" homemade mosaic pins

NIce job! IMHO I would have left off the file work on the blade, just seems a little busy, and I prefer the spine on the same plane as the top of the handle.
Very nice work for your 4th, look forward to seeing more from you.
The mosaics look great!
How does she cut!

Hey good job on the pins, and file work. Your grinds look even.
Just my opinion but the handle shape does not seem to fit the blade profile.
But your construction of the blade and handle looks good and tight.
Keep posting.
I still haven't been brave enough to post any of my blades on here.

Thanks, Cody. Those attributes were requested by the recipient of this knife. The thing cuts really well. Sharpened with a India stone and leather strop.

Nice job! Looks really good. Great deal making your own pins and thats a nice piece of walnut finished well. I too agree with the others that its a little over the top with the filework but thats just me. If that is what the customer ordered there you are and you did it well.

Looks very good. My fourth one wasn't near that nice.

The overall design looks sturdy, comfortable, and versatile.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of mirror finishes, but it looks like you pulled it off, without any of that wavy "funhouse mirror" effect.

I love your handle shaping and finishing, and you did a nice job grinding the bevels. I like the wood grain figure and the pins. The filework is really impressive! It shows a lot of skill for only your fourth knife.
