Today, I have to let this go..

Carried at Christmas last year, the first and only time. I might of cut some tape with it..
The only signs I see, are on the edge of the clip, from carry out just simply sitting around on it..
Factory edge..

Pretty sure this is a counterfeit. The G10 version is model 479. 478 is the aluminum one. I got ripped on eBay and got this same thing.
 
Yup I got the real one and the fake one. That one is definitely fake. Text is wrong, blade shape is wrong, colors are wrong and pocket clip is wrong
 
Unfortunately, it seems that they are correct - the aluminum handled 478 doesn't look like that. Yours is also missing the Emerson Patent #, which should appear on the clip side of the blade (in its current orientation), over where it says Karambit.
 
Wow, I hope you guys are right, that would be a terrible waste of money if I actually. Bought it. I think I should just hold off for an Emerson.

I read this before I headed out hunting this morning.. :/ not the best way to start the day.. Lol..

Thanks for the catch! The worst part would of been selling it, not knowing..

I guess it's a keeper, for what it's worth having, then..

It's a pretty nice copy, to sit in the collection. :)
 
Yeah, sorry for the bad news buddy. But wanted to make sure you were informed before the rules were violated.
