Frame lock instructional books?

Does anyone know of an instructional book, DVD's or tutorials on how to mill modern frame locks. So far I have found slim pickings. Thanks.

I have to jump on this bandwagon too.

Unfortunately it has been discontinued but is still available at high prices.
I wish i had gotten a couple when it was on clearance, at least one spare copy would have been smart....
