blade - 3 1/2" tip to frame x 1 1/4" high

grind - hollow 10" wheel

Steel - Rob Thomas stainless damascus (dot matrix pattern)

frame & clip - stonewashed and anodized titanium

thumbstud -hand turned titanium

I used nylon sheathed steel ball bearings in the pivot for a fast and smooth operation. Strong detent, strong secure lock up and zero blade play in any direction.

i dont know much about stainless damascus to be honest... but I like the looks of this. My friends are all amazed (me too) of your knives non existent play and ultra smooth movement.


waiting for a high carbon and me being on first and ill own another of yours =D
 
Love the new Damascus! Love your hand turned Ti thumb studs! Come on now, who makes there own thumb studs other than Alan?! He prob makes his own screws as well!! :D Alan you rock! Nice piece! Giving me ideas for my next A. Davis build!
