I bought about a dozen knives from Francisco before he started having some shipping issues. I have gifted several to my kids and friends, but I still feel overstocked for a residential kitchen. These knives are all in my possession in NC, and can be shipped USPS Priority Insured with tracking within 24 hours of payment. My policy is that if you aren't happy, ship it back for a full refund, less return shipping. I have sold a few knives here on BF, and several over the years on USN. 1. 230mm Damascus Gyuto REDUCED delivered in US. This knife is unused. There are two small cracks where the bolster pieces join the blade. After discussing with Francisco, I put a drip of super glue and put in a vise to set. I tried to get these in the pictures. It may just be the nature of bog oak which I am not familiar with. 3. Bunka 180mm blade of 52100. $REDUCED delivered in the US. As shown in the pictures, this knife has been lovingly used for about a year. I have only sliced and chopped veggies with this knife. It is incredibly sharp like a big straight razor. This is the link where I purchased it.
