Frank and Little River

I had inquired about a Busse from Frank when the word came out they were getting close to shipping. Frank kept me informed all the way until he had them in his hands. He held one for me until on got paid on Friday, I did the internet check on that afternoon and my knife arrived Monday afternoon. Service doesn't get any better than that!!

Not only were Frank's prices very reasonable including free shipping, his communication during the delays (which were not his fault) was unsurpassed. I also must say that Frank provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I was too far down his wait list to get one of the first #7's that came in. But still, he kept me very informed throughout and answered all of my emails. You can't ask for much more than that!
