I Have what i believe is a Frank Beltrame Italian made stilleto. Pretty cool knife with the bolster style lock. I believe it is in the "Dark Horn" handles. I'm not exactly sure what I have so fact check anything I say. Knife was well used. Tip has discoloration, could probably polish off. Centering is off, looks like it was used a lot. See pictures.
