I recently purchased a knife from Franzdom and she is a class act all the way. Shipped my item out super fast, excellent communication, what more could a buyer ask for. I would love to do some more transactions with her in the future. Please do not hesitate for a second to buy from this seller. A+ all the way!
 
I recently bought something from Franzdom and it was a superb experience. Unfortunately, I was unable to successfully rate her using the system, but she told me not to worry. If any tech mods are reading, please help me help Franzdom. Such high level service is rare (perhaps not so rare on this forum); she needs to be credited. Anyway, I second the sentiments of the OP.
 
Asking for Tech help inside a non-technical thread is a great way to get ... crickets. Tech Support is the best place for the question. Fortunately, the original post was in Hall of Fame and I suspected this belonged in regular FEEDBACK. As I was moving it, I saw your question.

Did you buy from Franzdom from an Exchange thread? If so, go to the original thread, look at the lower left corner of the original post, and click on Rate Seller. This will set up the iTrader feedback form for you. Fill in every blank.
