New to here- Bill Siegle knows me though.

New Pic

PersianHunter-1.jpg

Next up is a hunter/persian. Differentially quenched x 3 1080 steel with stabilized lace sheoak handles. SS bolts and tubing. No sheath yet- add 20 to the price or customer can have someone else make it. Blade is about 5.5", the thickness is 3/16. No mark- yet (I can inscribe, I stupidly got in a rush when heat treating and didn't stamp) Price was 300 (my wife wants to keep it). Currently 160 bucks plus shipping/fees.

Need to move this in order to pay for a new watch. Come on guys

If you have any questions just visit my website for contact info or PM here. http://frazee.blademakers.com

Nice looking stuff!

Say, do those fillets have any flex to them?

How about overall length?

Thanks!

:)

The chef/santoku is sold.

The fillets/boning do have flex to them. They are about 3/32 thick overall. Overall length is 10 1/4" Blade length of 6". Dan

JH, it is your lucky day. My friend backed out because they have to pay for a weekend away. Are you still interested? My contact info is on my website is you want to call, etc. Dan

All knives still awaiting good homes. Heat treat is dead on. Salt pot takes out guessing the temp by color. Lets knock 10 bucks off of each one. Come one guys, I need these sold! :grumpy: Dan

The santoku is all cleaned up, sharp and ready to cut some stuff. Dan

I am keeping one of the boning fillet. I was getting irritated that no one was buying so I made myself happy be "getting" a new knife for the kitchen. Come on guys, the santoku is the bomb and the fillet/boning are darn near indestructible. Remodel starts this weekend:eek:. Make a reasonable offer:mad: Dan

Let's bump this one back up to top and try to get it sold. I just checked on this persian/hunter last night and I really don't want to sell it. But, we need new dishes and funds to organize the closets. Still 160 shipped to you. Dan

Over 1900 views and no one wants a great knife:barf:. Come on guys! I offer lifetime sharpening and if it breaks during normal use I will replace it. I will make a sheath for it, leather or kydex for only 10 bucks more. 1080 makes a good cutting steel and the heat treat is dead nuts on. Digital control salt pot means I can dial the temp in exactly! Dan
