I rather like the looks of this knife, which has "3 Cryo Edge blade". I'm not familiar with this. Is it a type of steel? What steel is used for this knife. Since it's not exactly cheap (90 bucks) ,right up there with some better known, well respected brands, any comments on quality, etc. ? Here's a picture (hope he doesn't mind me borrowing it).
