If you own the Buck Bicentenial knife #14, I have the certificate for it. Send me proof that you own the knife, and I will send you the certificate.
 
Seriously, My Dad was Vern Taylor, Factory Rep #14, whoever bought his Bicentennial didn't get the certificate, because I found it in a box of my dad's stuff. I want to get it to the rightful owner.
