I look at it more of a promise to look into it. Surely they don't have a firm opinion on every situation. At least it took a while for the email response to get back to me so I know it wasn't completely automated.

Yes, It seems to be a generic response letter. I wish I was more optimistic. This is what I have been getting. Sometimes more specific answers come at a later date.

As people keep me posted, I will keep you all posted.
