Free knives to give away

That's a great gesture Jeff. I'm sure that the Mods will come up with something interesting!
 
what about a loved one (or anyone you feel deserves a free kick ass knife) give away? let me explain...

i think we should do a give away not for us (bc we all have plenty of knives) but to someone we KNOW could use it and will use it and just never really had the money or what not to purchase such a fine knife.. the contest could be a write up on how the person deserves such a quality knife and how they will use it.. (or something along those lines).. perhaps pictures could be involved?

to me this will extend further the graciousness of ESEE.. Those folks in turn could easily spread the word about the ESEE company and therefore more knives could be sold. Besides the best promotion for ESEE is word of mouth.

How about a "Tools for Heroes" program?

4 can go to SAR people
4 can go to LEOs
4 can go to US Servicemembers deployed overseas

On the giveaway contest, I loved the idea of the essay about the person you know who could use an ESEE but cannot afford one. I also like the boat contest, but I have not seen any boat as of today.
