Me too. Reading 'Just a few hours to go' gave me the impression that the winner was going to be announced within a few hours.

They drew one but do not announce until they get in contact with them. I imagine they send an email and if you don't reply in 3 days they draw again and that person has three days to reply. I guess it is possible that they are having trouble contacting the second winner. Lol it could have been that it was someone who stumbled on the site and just registered to make a purchase and didn't read the banner. The winner might not even know there was a contest .
