Free sheath with this double edged harpoon

hello all , this harpoon style knife was double hollow ground from 3/16" 154 CM steel, heat treated to an Rc 60-61 . It has a 600 grit cork belt satin finish . I
Top edge is sharpened , so please know your state laws .

O.A.L is 10"
Blade is 5-1/4" tip to handle and is 1-1/2" from edge to top of thumb ramp .
Top sharpened edge is 3-7/8"
Bottom edge is at 5"
Handle is Stabilized Buckeye , Black liners and aluminum mosaic pins

Free ugly sheath can be carried right or left hand and is from 8 oz leather .
