Yikes--it takes 3 weeks after purchase to get the ganza knives? In that case, please disregard my tyro suggestion!
 
This is the sign that hangs outside the door to our camp in the UP of Michigan.
The meaning behind it is after dinner we say we are just going to town "for one" at the bar, but then all of a sudden it's 2am......we can never just have one.

Kinda like Busse knives, you might like to think you can have only one, but you really can't!

Although I sooooooooooooooo want a pair of Steiners, I have to say that first one of Foos is a Winner in my book. Nice work my friend!:thumbup:
