Well, I have been out of work because of this damn economy, but that has given me more time to hike and enjoy nature. I am hoping that this pack will go to someone that can enjoy it as well. I have a pretty much brand new Camelbak Commander. I did pull the water bladder to use in another pack though. This is the camo pack, and would make a great hunting pack. I think I only used this pack one time, so it is fantastic condition.

If there is anyone who is in a bind like me, but wants to give thier kid a great pack to join them on the trail that would be great. If not, I would like to give it to someone who needs a pack for thier own use. As much as I would like to open this up for anyone, most guys here have 5 Maxpeditions already. I just want this to go to someone in need.

Thanks guys. I won a fire steel from pastormarko on the Rat sub forum. We spend so many hours on the forum helping eachother in one way or another, even if its just to vent after a long day. I just hope in the end it can help someone a bit, the way you all have helped me.
 
This past year the members of this forum have been extremely kind to me. I can never believe the amount of kindness here. I hope your generosity is returned in spades sir.

Wow this is very kind of you. I am happily supplied with all the packs I could use and am fortunate to have a job right now but this is a very nice thing for you to do.
 
I have all the packs that I need but I want to state like the others how cool this is for you to do. Props to you.
 
Times are tough. I know. I was laid off 10 months ago. 150 resumes sent out and counting. I hope someone can make a contribution to you for your pack to help out. Your kindness will come back to you.
 
Sounds awesome. I just got my youngest brother a pack, so I am gonna stay out of this one. Good on ya though :thumbup:

hey dbltap45acp, i too have been on the jobless side of the tracks this year. How you holding out? check out Craigslist in yer area for odd jobs, i sustained myself that way for 9 months this year.

Do you mind if i sweeten this wicked deal of yours with a used KABAR small USMC blade with leather sheath? I will ship the blade to the lucky recipient with a resin rich fatwood chunk.
