All I did was write a letter expressing how much I love their quality knives (especially the Tom Brown Scout), and they replied by offering me a free shirt and hat! Can you believe it? Talk about a company acting very gentleman-like! Please, if you are not familiar with Tops Knives, give them a look, yeah?

The knives are on the edge of expensive, but the quality is AMAZING. I dare you to order one and just hold it in your hand. I dare you.

Noble.

Shouldn't this be in GB&U?

Their knives do look nice, but I can't get over there advertisements , I mean I was in the military too but there slogans are just too cheesy for me, its like they're advertising to 11-12 year olds, who knows? maybe they are:eek:

P.S Do the T-shirts come with sleeves or are they all muscle shirts:D

Well... lol if you are advertising, it is briliant to make it very simple as if you are selling to 11-12 year olds lol. That ALWAYS a smart approach. Besides, it wouldn't hurt to introduce young kids to knives!

As for the shirts... I think they will send me a short sleeved one... If I had a frumpy body and was fat or something, I would have opted for the longer sleeves to cover it up lol. ;)

I'm just jealous:D actually I've been thinking a lot about Tops knives, I keep hearing they are quality.

But in regards to their ads, how bout just one slogan for me too ponder...not the whole book, it doesn't even make sense the way they put slogans back to back like that. lol:D

I'm pretty happy with my Gent-X... I didn't really care for the finish on the blade at first but it's grown on me and it's proven to be a great little beater.

Can you post me an example?

Actually TOPS owners are all former Spec Ops and SWAT guys.

They sell a great deal of knives to folks in military and law enforcement.

Their advertising is in fun, and, as you might imagine from their backgrounds, tongue-in-cheek. They poke fun at the whole Spec Ops worship thing, IMHO, and themselves in the process.

Plus, they are the most honorable people I've known. Mike Fuller, the primary owner, is one of those rare people whom I can count on one hand that I trust completely.
