Start the engine, press the clutch with your left foot, put in first gear , slowly release the clutch while adding a little gas with your right foot..... That's it, it couldn't be easier .Anyone can drive a car after read this manual/explanation , right ?

When I was five we were out feeding on my grandfathers ranch. I was gonna drive the truck to the next place out in this big pasture. My dad, sitting in the passenger seat, gave me Natlek"s instructions although a little light on the easy part. My grandfather fell out of the back of the pickup!

Find an experienced maker within driving distance and contact them. Ask if they would be willing to show you around their shop and offer some tips.

Use carbon steel, the simpler the better, and do all bevel grinding in the hard condition. These achieve two things, the hard steel cuts a bit slower with a better finish, and the shower of sparks created with even light pressure helps show where you are cutting in real-time.
