Freeze Spray to Quench A2?

I am not of the ability to HT any air hardening steel, but I was thinking about how you could cool it very fast (if faster is better) and I thought about the freeze spray that is sold in cans. Has anyone tried this, if so, with what results?

That would be 2 fast of a quench for Air Hardening. Quench plates made of 1" thick Aluminum or Copper work the best.

And it would take ten cans to quench a small blade..... with disastrous results.

Quench rates are as important as quench temperatures.

If you wanted it to be any faster, go with 2" copper plates
