Fresnel Lens?

I have a notebook (approx 8x11) fresnel, awesome firestarter. Never thought about carrying the small wallet sized ones, should be pretty reliable as long as you have direct sunlight, not so useful at night though :(
 
I want to see the 8x11!

For starting, fires, I'll stick with a firesteel and lighter. This is a cool backup, but if I begin carrying one, it will be for looking at small things / first aid.
 
Yeah CanDo, I have a few of them. I always keep one in my kit. I use the Credit Card sized ones and on a sunny day ya cant beat'em for starting a flame. Great lil cheap add on to any kit.
 
You can find the big ones at your local office supply store. They're sold as page magnifiers or something along those lines.
