Friction Folder is my version of a traditional Japanese higo knife with a very long history. The blade is made of AEB-L stainless steel with hardness 60-61 HRC. At the end of the blade is a thorn that ensures that the knife does not close itself when opened and gripped. The handle is made of stainless steel.
The Friction Folder is the ideal partner for backpacking trips and urban jungle. It should be reckoned that due to its construction it requires a bit of dexterity and strength to open and close the knife, although the knives are already "loose" and naturally lubricated from my manufacture.
