Good LAWD!!! What is with all you SICK guys!

Apparently you do NOT drink enough. Try Tequilla... it'll clean out your innards. Nothing lives through tequilla.... (not even brain cells)

Worse case scenario is that you won't remember being sick... now hammer down!

Yeah brutha:thumbup:!

A few fingers of Balvenie Double Wood for me this evening

Love this stuff :D

I hate these threads with all this great liquor. The one thing that sucks about living in Washington State, is that the state runs the liquor stores. I haven't seen any of the liquors that everyone here raves about in a state liquor store yet. Van Winkle, Buffalo Trace, Weller, Woodford Reserve, Eliljah Craig, in my dreams...

The only one I've been able to find that someone mentioned is Knob Creek.

I need to make a run to some other state. Can you find some of these liquors in Portland?

Those are all Kentucky produced bourbons. You're in the wrong state. :D State run liquor stores sound unconstitutional to me. You might want to get a good lawyer and take it all the way to the supreme court. :(

Awesome scotch forager  Have you tried the 21 finished in port casks, by any chance? It's supposed to be heaven in a bottle...

My boss tells a story about a family holiday get together many years ago where the grandpa was sitting at the table drinking whiskey all night and everyone got sick but him.

I'd like to, but my local store doesn't carry it :grumpy:

I may have to quest for it, however. I've also read here that it's supposed to be very good. I love the 12yr double wood so the 21 would be  :D

Time to get a few more fingers of the Double Wood :D

Hopefully I can find some when I go to Scotland next year with my ol' mother...between us two, she's the real scotch drinker

My favorite scotch in terms of origin and theme was 19 years old, bottled in 1984 in commemoration of George Orwell. I had dystopic Scotch!
