Hello Everyone, I'm Stacy Apelt,a local goldsmith in the Norfolk/Va. Beach area.
Great forum,nice bunch of guys here.Over the years I'v done a lot of different things-
Snake Handler,Research Chemist,Electronics,Ford Plant,and Jeweler/goldsmith.I have always loved to forge.A few years back,after giving some advice on making mokume' to a bladesmith,I set up a good forge and ,...well...,thats where you can find me when I'm not at work now.Anybody going to Winston-Salem show,come by my table and say Hi. - Keep pounding - Stacy
PS: The three edged,twisted,fluted ,damascus dagger came out awsome,I'll try to figure out how to post a picture of it tonight.

Hi Stacy, good to meet you! I think just about everyone I knew growing up in Va Beach worked at the Ford plant at one time or another! :) My old stomping grounds were the Kempsville area. I'll be at the SECK show, thanks very much to Andrew McLurkin, so I'll drop by to say hello! :)
