There is a good tattooist in Ashland. She is a lady...........forget her name but not too many there. Get some ink:D

Well I wish I could be in the shop this weekend trying to work on my first blade (1/4" plywood to start with for practice) but the Air Force Reserves comes calling once a month and this happens to be that weekend. Maybe I can get at it soon.

Kenny makes folders look easy. He helped mostly in making a slip joint from scratch....Sketch drawing to ready for finish. I forged the blade and we went from there. 5160 blade, nickel silver liners and pins, damascus bolsters with tiger maple scales. I did the heat treat when I got home and silver wire inlay in one side so far. I didn't do any filework on this one but he showed some. Lots of tips and tricks. I'll post picts when I'm done. I'm happy with the results so far.

Great Weekend.
Larry
