Hi Folks,

I had a lot of Friend requests in the past, but one thing that comes along with that, is you see every post those people make and so over the past month or so I've trimmed down the number of friends I have in BladeForums.

NOW, this isn't to say that I don't like them, as I still do, it's just a lot of the posts are in places I just never visit and have no real interests in, so it's not that I am mad or at odds with anyone, so I hope that those that were taken off the list didn't see that as "Hmm Gary must not like me..." as that certainly wasn't the case, we are still Friends, just not wanting to see every post.

I've wanted to make this thread a while back but hadn't figured out how to word it but felt moved to do so now.

So, for those that were shifted from the list to being just friends, boy I always hated when girls told me that ;), but it's different in this case, as I never liked you guys in that way :)

And I've never fully understood the whole Friends thing on here anyways, but be that as it may, I still count you guys as my friends. And there are many others that I count as friends that were never on the list, just never felt I had to make that connection via BladeForums settings :)

I could care less what you call it, but you have lead me in some small ways and some larger ones by example. If this forum had everyone with the open heart and acceptance you have, we would not have to control what we see or block out the bad and let in the good. Sometimes I'll just read a post by you and think, "he's right" . I said, I don't care about your friendship, why, because your example is worth far more. You're solid, honest and just here for the knives, no drama, thanks , whatever you are> LOL rb :thumbup:

And ROLF, bring a knife to Lewisburg and I'll be happy to sharpen that rascal for you ! :)
