I'm going to take a stab:D at making a leather sheath. The one acessory I don't know where to find is (because I don't know what it's called) is the belt stud used to keep a free-carry sheath above the belt. Its sometimes used to secure the sheath in the frog...

AKA the brass knob Cold Steel uses on its Laredo Bowie. Tandy Leather has me covered on most of what I need, but I couldn't search this on their site, so... Help is much appreciated!:)

http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/products.asp I just checked this out and it takes you to the home page. Put 1309-02 in the search box. It also comes as 1309-01 which is solid brass. Be sure to buy the little anvil they recommend as you WILL need it. They call it "Sam Browne button washer".
Good luck.

I haven't tried the smaller size Sam Brown button, it may be a new item for Tandy. The large has always seemed too large so you might want to consider buying one of each size. Search the Tandy site for 11310-1 brass, or 11310-02 nickel.
