Frogs

Thicker, better tanned leather.Straps, keepers would be a better word, that acutually cover the rivets, etc.

Like to see a picture of the super frog's uncle Bill. Be a good idea to eventually get the stronger frog's for my entire H.I. collection.

I wish I had taken a picture!

The super frog is maybe five or six inches long, has double lacing across the front so it can be adjusted, is stitched rather than riveted and is made of very high quality, tough leather. Should last a very long time and looks sharp.

Hope to be seeing some in a month or so.

The only frog I have thought was too thin was the one on my little balance Khukuri.
I took it off and got it soaking wet and I never saw anything swell so thick before in my life.It was almost like one of those sponges the ARC gives out now and then.

When it finally dried out, took 3 days,it was perfect for that knife and scabbard.

Bill, being where you are and where Yvsa is, you'd have to send him a puhi(poooh-heee). Well, that's what they call a frog in Northern Paiute. I should know, it's just about the only Paiute I've got to show for 5 years on the rez.

Ghorapani!

( ps - Yvsa is a flautist, not a drum, and you mean dance to a different one, marching at pow-wows is frowned on )
